The South End Lofts have high-end interior finishes, 12′-16′ exposed concrete beam overhead, and more. The building’s amenities include a magnificent pool, fitness center, yoga room, and gorgeous gardens. We worked on the Interior, Exterior, and Historical Building Renovation. The main challenge was the conversion of the Historical Building into 63 condominiums, while preserving the buildings rich history.
