TO Enterprises was contracted to construct a new building to house UTSA’s Paisano student news publication, and with this construction, they moved into a permanent new facility for their publications. Paisano has documented UTSA’s expansion and campus life, and current happenings in San Antonio. The Paisano is the sole independent student newspaper in the University of Texas System and among a handful of independent student publications in the United States.
